Social media is buzzing after a woman revealed her extreme four-year transformation—one that looks like a lifetime of change in just a few years.
Known online as Toxii, she proudly identifies as a body modification enthusiast. Today, her upper body is nearly blacked out in tattoos, her eyes and tongue are inked, her tongue is split, and horn-like implants sit on her forehead. She even had her nose removed—and keeps it in a jar. In a viral post, Toxii shared a striking before-and-after: in 2019, she had long blonde hair, makeup, and no tattoos. Now, she wears jet-black hair, minimal clothing that highlights her modifications, and looks nearly unrecognizable from her former self.
When asked about her motivations, Toxii explained: “Because I like to be imperfect, and I think that imperfections make you unique.” With nearly 160,000 Instagram followers, she uses her platform to celebrate unapologetic self-expression.
In a recent interview with street artist Devon Rodriguez, she discussed her journey. Regarding her horn implants, she said they were painless compared to her nose removal, which took eight weeks to heal. When asked about keeping the nose, she casually replied: “I have all my body parts, in like little jars.”
Online reactions have been intense. Some admire her boldness, calling her confident and fearless, while others expressed confusion or disapproval, commenting, “You were so beautiful before,” or speculating about psychological struggles.
Critics also questioned the speed of her transformation, warning that impulsive decisions could lead to regret. Yet, Toxii shows no hesitation and remains firm in her choices.
Love it or hate it, her transformation has sparked conversations about identity, body autonomy, and modern self-expression. One thing is certain—Toxii has made herself unforgettable.
